Hezekiah M. (Rich) Richardson, President
Provides overall technical and management leadership for company activities.
Twenty-six years of results oriented success and accelerated advancement
in progressively responsible research and development and project management
leadership positions which included system and logistics engineering,
reliability and maintainability analysis, production management, integrated
logistics support, supportability requirements analysis, test & evaluation,
materiel requirements determinations (mission area analysis), computer
resources support, and manpower, personnel, and training (MPT). Extensive
experience in the systems acquisition process and program management activities
related to missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Barbara Buehler, Director, Administration & Human Resources
Ms. Buehler has over 9 years experience in the Human Resources arena with
2 of those years in the federal contracting environment as a Human Resources
Generalist. Ms. Buehler also has 17 years Customer Service experience.
Ms. Buehler received her Associates degree from Northeast Mississippi
College and has several accreditations from the Society of Human Resources
Management.
Diane Allgyer, Director of Contracts and Finance
Ms. Allgyer has over 10 years experience in the federal contracting environment,
serving as a Controller and Contracts Administrator for several small
businesses supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Energy,
Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration,
and 2 years experience as Senior Budget Analyst on Joint Staff. Specific
areas of expertise include: contract and subcontract administration,(including
IDIQ, T&M, CPFF, FFP); teaming and consulting agreements; and FAR,
DFAR, and DCAA regulations. Diane supports financial statement and proposal
preparation, contract negotiations, contract compliance, and is responsible
for budget preparation and cost analysis, disbursement of contract funds,
and monitoring of expenditures. Ms. Allgyer earned a Masters of Business
Administration from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from Christina Brothers University and an Associate of Applied Science
in Computer Accounting Technology from State Technical Institute at Memphis.
She is currently pursuing a Masters Certificate in Contracts Management
from the University of Virginia. Ms. Allgyer is a licensed Certified Public
Accountant by the state of Tennessee.
