Acquisition Program Support

NAVAIR
HMRTECH® provided acquisition program management, configuration management, production management, program cost reduction, and acquisition documentation support for the USMC Light/Attach Helicopter, as well as the development of future modifications/upgrades.
HMRTECH® professionals provided program status review, case initiations, reconciliation, and closure and security assistance policy and procedures.
HMRTECH® provided acquisition program management, logistics, systems engineering, technical investigations (SBIR Program); and engineering evaluations and programmatic assessments and evaluations support for Navy Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Tactical Control Station (TCS) as well as the development of future UAV Systems. These efforts included the development of international business cases and future developmental efforts related to UAVs and targets.

HMRTECH® provided a full range of financial management support capabilities including: Technical and Cost Analysis Support for Helicopter Systems Programs; Modernization Program Budgeting Support; Acquisition Accounting and Financial Management Support; and Engineering, Manufacturing and Specialized Cost/Price Analysis Support.

HMRTECH® provided acquisition program support in the areas of aircraft production. Program Management Analysis tasks included: Analysis of requirements and requirements implementation; Evaluation of proposed engineering changes
Cost and risks trade-off analyses; Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) for CI/CSCI; Independent analytical and technical studies related to T-45TS production and planning. Financial Management task included: Financial management and funds execution.

 

US Coast Guard
HMRTECH® provided program management, systems engineering, logistics support, financial management support services for HCM 130J, GLIB, RBM, MLB, Deepwater, and LUFS/NT projects.

Information Technology Services

  Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense Organization
HMRTECH® provides administrative management and technical support for day-to-day office functions within the JTAMDO facility. Key task elements include classified (TS) and unclassified technical advice and assistance pertaining to hardware/software requirements, LAN needs, PC equipment, printers, and associated software applications; video teleconferencing; graphics, webmaster; financial management; security management; and MILSEC services.
US Secret Services
HMRTECH® provides a unique mix of nationwide coverage, multi-vendor and multi-system support, and administration services support for the United Sates Secret Service (USSS) personal computer, notebook computer, printers, and local area network (LAN) environments located in Washington, DC and approximately 120 field offices nationwide. Support functions include: On-call and resident maintenance and repair; Help desk support; Network Support; Technical Support Services; HW/SW installation and integration services; Performance Management; Knowledge refreshment.

Training/Management Services

US Army
HMRTECH® provided training support services to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Procurement (DASA-P); Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology; Department of the Army. This includes the design, development, and conduct of career and professional development programs to enhance the professionalism of the Army’s procurement and contracting personnel. In addition, HMRTECH® conducts seminars, workshops, and lectures utilizing specialized instructional materials in ten (10) commands in the National Capital Region (NCR) and 12 commands worldwide.

HMRTECH® provides a full range of technical and logistics management support services to enhance the capabilities and sustainment of defensive Electronic Warfare Systems (WES). Support tasks include: Executive Program Management; Technical Management for EWS systems and programs; Configuration Management; Modification Management; Production Management; Data Management; Financial Management Support; Scheduling Management.
Office of Naval Research
HMRTECH® provided information systems and technology assistance to the Commission. The company maintains a centralized technical assistance service that supports problem resolution and computer operations support. Support functions include: On-call and resident maintenance and repair; Help desk support; Network Support; Technical Support Services; HW/SW installation and integration services; Network Security; and Software Support.
