Our staff provide support throughout a system's life cycle with a full range of acquisition management, logistics and financial management services. HMRTECH® applies organization and planning expertise to assist in managing development, production and deployment aspects of systems, subsystems and equipment. Work involves developing acquisition strategy and milestone plans, and in tracking and scheduling documentation. HMRTECH® assists in developing and analyzing key program metrics, and in integrating risk management plans and strategies. HMRTECH® has been providing systems acquisition support services to a diverse array of customers. These services support the Department of Defense (Navy Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)); US Air Force Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC)); Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC)); Department of Homeland Security (US Secret Service (USSS)); and US Coast Guard (USCG)); Army Contracting Agency; and the Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense Organization. |
